VPCC is an online cycling coaching service aimed at older cyclists coached by experienced coaches who understand what it takes to get in great shape on and off the bike.

Who is VPCC for and how will it make you a better cyclist?

Velo Performance is not about winning. It’s not even about racing. It’s about helping you be the best cyclist you can be - whether it’s your first sportive or a long-dreamed about trip with your mates to attempt the classic routes you’ve only ever seen on TV. It’s about making your training meaningful as well as efficient so you can keep the freedom to ride with your friends while also nailing the key sessions you need to get you where you want to be.

VPCC is about giving you the best evidence-based nutrition advice, support and accountability to motivate you to get in great shape. It’s about getting you in the right physical condition so you can ride hills confidently and take on those cycling challenges you never thought you could. Basically joining VPCC will help you be the best version of you on and off the bike.

121 B-Spoke Online Cycle Coaching: (Some of the things you’ll get)

A Progressive Adaptive Training Program:

You won’t get faster by cherry-picking workouts, riding too hard or slow everywhere, or racing on Zwift at every opportunity. In reality, to achieve real improvements you need to train a lot smarter than that! Your specific program will save you time in training and help you focus. Most importantly it’s easily adapted should your work week change to keep you on track.

Back-Up, Support and Direction:

Each month I’ll give you constructive feedback on what you’ve done well and what you need to focus on. This will be delivered in a personal video, email or live call.

You’ll also get weekly feedback in Training Peaks to keep you on track and understand your progress in training in more detail. This is a great way for us to communicate. It makes you more accountable to the training, builds confidence and motivation.

Got a question ask in the VPCC Members Only Facebook Page. It’s the quickest and only way to get all your questions answered outside the monthly coaching check-ins.

Weekly Coaches Questions:

The coach Q&A’s give you the chance to get qualified answers and help you understand your training better so you’re not guessing, making common mistakes or wasting time.

Nutrition Advice and Direction:

You’ll get weekly and monthly tasks to keep you straight with getting to your optimal weight. People are more motivated when they have a regular push in the right direction. Being part of the VPCC club will improve your habits, make you take positive actions and help you move forward quickly toward your goals.

Be inspired in the kitchen each month with new recipe ideas and videos created by professional chefs. These come with barcodes that count out macro and calorie numbers to keep you right.
