8 Week Strength and Power Builder Plan. £110

This plan is for cyclists who want to

  • Enjoy cycling up hills as fast as everyone else.

  • Stick with the group and pull a strong turn on the front.

  • Increase your average speeds over time.

  • Only have limited time to train during the week.

  • Stop randomly picking training sessions that you “think" might work.

The plan gives you a 8 hour bike and 2 hour strength weekly training structure with planned recovery. Its balanced to make sure you build your fitness and de-load to gain fitness and will get you riding up hills quicker, holding faster average speeds.

8-Week Female Focused Cycling Plan £110

This plan is designed by our Sue to help women train more effectively who want to

  • Get stronger on climbs

  • Improve average speeds

  • Never fear the broom wagon again

  • Look leaner and lighter in their ride kit

  • Get more confident on their bikes

  • 8 hours cycling weekly

  • 2 hours in the gym

This plan is written by our female cycling coach Sue, because we believe female training needs to be approached differently, especially in menopause to mitigate the loss in performance on your bike.

The Power of 2 Plan. £54

Short on time, need focus and want to build your strength power and speed on the bike so you can ride hills stronger and hold faster average speeds then this is for you.

The Power of 2 Cycling Plan gives you the focus you need during the week and the freedom to ride EASY with your mates at the weekend (if time allows)

The plan has 2 Intensity bike sessions, and 2 strength sessions each week (With Dumbbells can be done at home or in the gym). The rest is up to you to add easy aerobic training as and when you can.

The Power of 2 Cycling Plan is delivered in Training Peaks, each bike session has options to ride inside or outside, with a breakdown of each 4 weeks focus, detailed descriptions of each session and progressions.

If you've been cherry-picking sessions, and feeling a bit lost, this plan will get you focused and back training with purpose again.

Gym and Home Dumb Bell Strength Endurance Plan £25

Need direction in the gym? This Strength Endurance plan is designed to get you started back in the gym to boost strength and power. This download comes with a Gym session and an EXTRA Dumbbell session that you can either perform at home or in the Gym.

The plan also comes with a BONUS 2-part video nutrition series where you will learn what to eat to recover faster, look leaner, and feel in the best shape of your life!
